When designing for special events, we take into consideration three primary steps: Meeting, Design and Production

Meeting

The first thing we do before any design is done, is sit down and talk with you about your event. We like to pick up on your personalities and goals for the event in order to reflect that in our design.

At this point we also consult with you about paper selections, printing options, ink color selections, quantities, custom touches and any other design/production element we should discuss in order to move to the conceptual design phase.

Design

After we have established a relationship with you, we dive into the design of your materials. We take into consideration all of the seeds that were planted with our initial meeting and materialize those seeds into concrete concepts. Once ready, we send you your initial online mockup.

If you love our the concept and would like to move forward, we continue the team editing process by finalizing your design and making any requested changes or tweaks. Once we have hammered out your final layout, we send you over a PDF proof so you can go over every element of your design taking the time to make sure your completely in love with the design and that all of the information is 100% accurate. We continue this process until you are happy and sign off on our proof to move it into production.

Production

If you need help getting your custom design printed, Think Tank Solutions can help with that too! We make sure that this stage of the process is completely HASSLE FREE for you. We oversee the production, assembly and distribution of your custom event materials taking special care and attention with all of the little details that goes into each design.
